
Paul Frlic is a Certified Hand Therapist providing specialized occupational therapy and hand-rehabilitation services at Precision Rehab Occupational, Physical & Hand Therapy in Fresh Meadows and Little Neck, New York.
He earned his master’s degree in occupational therapy from the New York Institute of Technology (NYIT) in 2015, with a focus on hand therapy. In 2016, Paul co-founded Precision Rehab’s Fresh Meadows location, helping establish a practice dedicated to high-quality, patient-centered rehabilitation. In 2017, Paul was honored to serve as the alumni speaker at NYIT’s Occupational Therapy pinning ceremony, a recognition of his achievements and dedication to the field.
As a Certified Hand Therapist (CHT), Paul has completed the rigorous requirements to become certified, which includes a minimum of five years of specialized clinical experience including thousands of hours dedicated solely to hand and upper-extremity care and a demanding certification exam. This credential represents the highest standard of specialization in treating conditions of the wrist, elbow, shoulder, hand, and fingers from everyday injuries to complex post-surgical rehabilitation.
